Much loved mum of Nigel and in law Lorraine. Will be greatly missed.
Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 26th March 2025 at Chanterlands Crematorium Small Chapel at 1.00pm.
Family flowers only, but donations in memory of Hazel will be collected at the service in aid of Dementia U.K.
